Raffle tickets
At time of check out on registration system , a $30 raffle ticket fee is added to each base player amount.
These tickets will be distributed at one of the first team practices and can be sold  as a way to recoup the costs. There will be cash prizes for  tickets drawn at the Cephas Roth tournament in July.

Out of Town Registrants

It is the expectation (and very strongly advised) that all players from other centres register with their home centre as well as  registering with the Tavistock Minor Ball Association in the event that a Tavistock team cannot accommodate additional players. Players should remain in their home centre wherever possible.
TMBA will attempt to accommodate players from other centres if they have no other playing options (ie: there is no team in their age group in their home centre).  Out of town players MAY be considered , roster size permitting. Final decisions on out of town players are at the discretion of the TMBA Exec. committee.

Release Requests
Player release requests will be guided by the updated OASA policies. It is TMBA policy that releases will not be provided. We feel strongly that players should remain in their home centre whenever possible. TMBA Exec. may consider release requests on an individual basis.
(we recognize that releases are not required for PWSA)
